It's a fact that one of the tactics used by both Hamas and Hezbollah is to surround themselves with innocent civilians and then play images of the results in the media for maximum effect. Sure enough, CNN and other news organizations replay the horrifying scenes of crying and wounded children over and over so that it becomes clear exactly why they do this -- And that would be to convince the world, especially their Arab allies, that Israel is evil and likes to kill innocent children for fun.  I'm not sure what the solution is for Israel. They informed the people living in Gaza that they were intending to attack Hamas and warned them to leave. They had to endure rocket attacks throughout the so-called ceasefire treaty. The fact of the matter is there is nothing Israel can do about it and Hamas knows this too well. It's the old "damned if they do and damned if they don't."
