Josef Fritzl, an Austrian father who held his daughter captive in his basement when she turned 18, then raped and fathered children with her, is facing 15 to 20 years in prison. It's an unbelievable and heartbreaking story. She is now 42 and had been living in a basement bunker with children who had never been outside of that space. It's like a horror movie on steroids. One can only imagine how those kids felt seeing the outside world for the first time. I have no doubt it bordered on being a religious experience.
