I try to coordinate with the Ottawa Citizen's publishing date so that I don't scoop them. However, due to some changes to the format of the paper, this cartoon was bumped to today. It's a flying oil barrel. Kids, it takes years to accomplish these kind of heavy conceptual drawings. It's better you leave it to a professional like myself.
