Hillary Clinton's campaign asks, "It's 3 AM. Who do you want answering the phone?" Stephen Harper probably wishes it is neither Clinton, or Obama. In fact, there has been speculation that the Harper government is quietly working behind the scenes to get a Republican back in the White House. Of course, this is all nonsense, but there is some truth to the contention that Harper likes to control things, which makes good fodder for a cartoon.
