cam021008_punditsCOLsm.jpgIt's been a bad year for pundits. They misread the Primaries, miscalculated the stock market, and misjudged the New York Giants. The truth of the matter is, we are living in volatile times; nothing is certain anymore. The role of an editorial cartoonist is exactly like being a pundit. We comment, give our analysis/opinions, and sometimes even make predictions. And yes, it's crossed my mind that I could wind up in the scenario I've drawn. As I said, nothing is certain anymore.
