Senate Seat

The older you get, the more you understand that everything has a price tag -- including, apparently, the Illinois Senate seat vacated by President-elect Barack Obama.  It is alleged that Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich had offered the seat for sale in a conversation secretly taped by the FBI. In it, Blagojevich says: "I've got this thing and it's f***ing golden, and, uh, uh, I'm just not giving it up for f***in' nothing. I'm not gonna do it. And I can always use it. I can parachute me there..."  Funny, those are the same words used by the Liberals and NDP to describe their little coup and coalition. "f***ing golden!" These were also the same words used by the Wall Street executives, bankers and Big Three auto industry executives to describe how they ripped off America.  f***ing golden!"
