Tamil protesters decided to block one of Canada's busiest hi-ways to protest the war in Sri Lanka. Listen, kids... the whole reason you protest is to get the public on your side. Do this and watch how Canadians begin to hate you in droves. Think.

Smooth and Krafty

cam102208_smoothCOL.jpgAnyone who has owned a dog knows the sheer entertainment value in giving them peanut butter. While dogs love the stuff, they really seem to lack the ability to get it off the roof of their mouth, which sends them into a frenzied licking spree. Obama is both smooth and "Krafty." To the Christian, he's a pro-life believer; to women, he's the pro-choice candidate. Although professing himself to be a Christian, he's the great peacemaker to Muslims. His racial background includes both black and white heritages, so that he can safely bring up stories about his white grandmother for appropriate audiences and then sympathetically switch gears for black audiences to talk about oppression. Indeed, he is all things to all people and the smoothest talker since, well, no one. He is the best gabber in modern history. McCain, on the other hand, is clearly outclassed. His "senior moments" have been captured and replayed on youtube for all to see. He is having trouble with Obama's smoothness and "smack, smack, smack..." it just isn't going down for him. I don't like smooth talkers. I've never met an honest one yet. I prefer people with warts and all, who don't always have the quick sound bite responses. It is good to be intelligent and Obama fits that criteria, but there's something about him I'm not digesting. Call it intuition.
