Shocked!

I just about fell over when I read the the front page headlines regarding a study that pointed out that the North American diet leads to heart disease. I thought this was well-established a long time ago. It was like reading "Man walks on Moon." To conduct the study, published in Circulation: Journal of the American Heart Association, researchers concluded that we don't eat enough vegetables. Helllooo... my mother told me that forty years ago. I'm shocked, just shocked. Tomorrow's headline: "Lack of brushing causes tooth decay."
