This winter has been an unusually harsh one for Canada with endless blizzards and record-breaking cold temperatures.
Even where I live, near Vancouver, BC, has experienced colder-than-usual temperatures with snow, ice and sleet all happening this week. It's almost like the winters I grew up with.
Global warming has made for milder Canadian winters for at least the past decade and to be honest, most Canadians don't mind the break.
I wonder if there's any way to get the benefits of global warming without all the disasters predicted by Al Gore.[/protect]
