With the start of a new year, there is a hope that somehow things will improve. This never seems to be the case, but the optimism always remains. We barely get 2008 rolling and along comes the massacres in Kenya. Things might very well change, but you can always count on human behavior to disappoint. This cartoon shows Father Time and Baby New Year arguing over whose watch the Bhutto assassination happened under. Blame is another human trait.[/protect]
